A Healed Life Is Within Reach

I met Dr. Beverly Jordan through my Apostolic covering and Spiritual Leader, Dr. Velma Clopton. The two are very close friends. I initially met her over the telephone. Because of the warmth, love, and compassion, it never felt like I was meeting or speaking with a stranger. I had some previous experiences in my life that resulted in some deep hurt.  Dr. Beverly has been instrumental in coming alongside of my Apostle Velma in praying for me and encouraging me over these last few years.

Living in such distant places (I am in Arizona and Dr. Beverly is in Michigan), has kept our physical encounters to a minimum, yet the impact of those encounters, both over the telephone and in person , has been powerful and essential in my healing process.  She has spoken words of encouragement, words of wisdom, words that have brought forth healing as well as words of instruction.  Her example of being a woman of God with great fortitude, wisdom, and love, has helped restore, not just my view of the church, but my view of myself as well. 

I greatly appreciate having Dr. Beverly as part of my spiritual leadership team, as she continues to pray with Apostle Velma for my healing, my growth, and my destiny.
